It’s a couple of weeks into the new year and a lot of us are starting to maybe slip from our New Years goals and resolutions. I’m super excited for the podcast we released today because we talk about this! I brought on my good friend JazzyThings who is a total rockstar in the kitchen and makes healthy meals easy to make. We both talk about our own struggles with food and give some really good, actionable tips of things you can do right now if you're struggling with eating healthy.
